I used to be able to sign in to Roman Cart in two windows, allowing me to use the product manager and sales manager at the same time. Now if I log in to one, it signs me out of the other...It's really annoying to not be able to switch between the two pages as I do like to check if any items have sold in the last day or so before updating my stock control etc.

Is this a glitch with the new contol panel, or is it something I'll have to get used to not being able to do?

(Sorry if this has already been addressed in the forum, a search proved fruitless)

mvcb,

If you open two windows with the same browser (I use Firefox) it seems to be fine but I agree the new control panel won't let you open Sales Manager in Firefox and Product Manager in Internet Explorer

ahhh, perhaps that's where I've been going wrong. I'm sure both windows have been explorer, but I'll try using Firefox now instead. THANKS!

I still can't keep signed into Roman Cart using 2 explorer or Firefox windows. If I have one window minimised and log-in to another, I am signed out of the first. Is this something I could change?

Yes, it's the same cart. Both browsers are IE or Firefox - but I am logged out of both if I sign into the other.

Hi,
It is not designed to log into the same cart twice on the same machine, at the same time.
You can, however log onto different carts at the same time.
Many Thanks

Thank you! So, I can't switch between two screens any longer? That's a shame, but I understand.
