   Could a custom text box be added at the top of the mobile cart? I'd like to tell my customers that UK orders over £40 ship for free.

Also, can the promo code box be aligned centrally in line with the checkout buttons at the bottom, or failing that, align the payment and checkout buttons to the left? Looks a bit iffy on my iphone.
