Hi

I have an issue with callback to Romancart today 13th Jan at 11.45am, my payment gateway is Nochex, the payment is visibile in Nochex but I have had no confirmation from Romancart the order has been placed.

Please could you advise if there is a problem Romancart end?

Hi

I now have another order placed at 15.35 today, again the payment is showing in Nochex but no confirmation e-mail has come through so both orders are still showing a status of not completed and no callback to Romancart but are stating paid in Nochex.

Please could this be looked into.

Hi,

We had some issues with SSL yesterday which resulted in us updating our SSL certs to the latest versions.

We have asked Nochex to look into the callback mechanism which is failing. It is likely to be related to the SSL update.

Until this is resolved (hopefully asap) please manually check your Nochex orders and update RomanCart accordingly.
