Hi Support
Over the weekend, we had a customer opt to pay for an order by bank transfer. For that order, the standard order confirmation email subject header text has been preceded by "CONFIRM on PSP: ...". How can we remove this so that only the standard confirmation email subject header text shows? Many thanks |

Hi,
When you see this on an email it means there is action you have to take before the order is considered paid. In most cases this means set the order to paid in the sales manager. There is no way to remove this from the email subject line but only the merchant sees this bit. The customer never sees 'confirm on PSP'. Thanks James |
