Ordering out of stock items

   I want to let customers pre order items that are out of stock alongside items that are in stock.  But this means I will be sending 2 packages, one for the items in stock and another for the items not in stock.  So I need to charge 2 lots of postage if people order items that are not in stock, but I can't see how to do this.
