Payment Request

Support, one facility we’ve really needed lately is that whereby our account customers can settle over the net rather than have to telephone us or send a cheque. It just dawned on me today that this should be possible with very little effort by yourselves, for you already offer a similar function with the ‘email a request for payment’ facility. Would it be possible, please for you to tweak this so that it appears on the status list of the Sales Manager? That way, all we would need to do is email the invoices to the customer when payment falls due, and they could simply click on the link to make the payment.
This, for us, would be a massive move forward for it is something we’ve wanted to offer our credit customers for years, and indeed, have been asked for it by them many times in the past. I’m sure that as the coding architecture is already in place, you should be able to add this facility without too much time or distraction from your current developmental work.
We would be so grateful indeed if you could do this.
