Please log in to your PayPal merchant account and select Profile. In the Website Payments Standard and Express Checkout section of the Profile page, select Preferences and verify that Auto Return is set to On.

Please can you let us know if this was not on.

Hi,

The menu structure was different to your instruction,

My page is as follows:

Profile > My Selling Preferences > Website preferences, click 'update'

Website Payment Preferences:

Auto Return for Website Payments was 'on'

Payment Data Transfer was 'on'

The Identity Token is exactly as pasted into my PC settings

Hi,

Sorry about that, those instructions were directly from the PayPal docs.
The problem is that for some reason the response handler is not getting the transactionid sent to it from PayPal.

We will check with PayPal what the best course of action is.
There are ways we can sort this out but we really need to understand what is different about your account.
