PayPal Express Checkout Overrides Country Options

   So in Romancart setup we have chosen a list of countries we ship to - for the sake of simplity it's just UK and Ireland these days. 

However we have just received an order from France for delivery to France. France has been entered as the destination county on the Romancart Sales Manager.

Since the customer can't have selected France as an option at checkout the only way this has happened is if through PayPal express checkout where (presumably) they have set their own address details and PayPal has fed a non eligable country to RC wihtout error!

	Hi, Login and see 'configure > payment methods'. Click to manage other payment methods and configure paypal express. Make sure you have selected this setting... 'Check the Country and County/State on the PayPal account against the location the customer has selected' Thanks James

	Ah! Got it. I assumed as we'd configured "Countries" it was all sorted - didn't occur to me this might happen!
