I have set up postal charges as follows
0 - 249gm : €2.50 250 - 499gm : €4.00 500 - 999gm : €8.95 1kg - 1.99kg : €13.25 2kg - 4.99kg : €33.00 but my client wants please contact us for prices for parcels over 5kg because there are so many options. Can I do this please and if so how? Thanks |

Hi,
This is not something we support. Mainly because the vast majority of people would not order if they had to contact the merchant first. This defeats the point of ordering on the INternet. The merchant needs to work out all the shipping costs for any weight and enter it onto RomanCart. Many Thanks Support |
