We are using PayPal Express as well as Protx for processing credit card payments.

When customers use Protx they go via the checkout page where we make them tick the box to say they accept our T&C's, but with PayPal they go straight from the basket page to the PayPal site and bypass the 'Accept T&Cs' box.

Is there any way we can make them accept our T&C's when we use PayPal?

Hi,
I suspect you may not have tested the whole process.
Once they sign into PayPal they are returned to the RomanCart checkout page to confirm the order.
Many Thanks

You can probably make them tick the box - but if there is no opportunity to negotiate the parts they don't like, your (and mine for that matter!) terms and conditions most likely won't stand up in court.

I think it's called Economic Duress - ie, a customer has no reasonable choice but to accept your Ts and Cs if they are to obtain the things they need.

Richard.
