My graphics person up and quit two days ago and I just realized she deleted a whole section of our products out of the cart. They are back in the cart and the new code has been pasted and uploaded through dreamweaver. Everything seems to be working except one part number. Every time we try to add that product we get the following message.
XError: RM1-WBM - $199 is not a valid itemname2 value. I have checked in the cart control panel and it is showing up in the same format as all other products. Anyone with any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ------------- Jennifer Spears Rugged CCTV |

Hi Jennifer,

Yes everything is entered through the product manager and then we have interfaces on our site for the actual products. You can go here.

Hi,
The only thing I can see here is that you said
in your last post but on your website it says
which is the error I see on your cart and what you put in your 1st post. Are you sure that the value has been added correctly in to the product manager? Also, when I add a different product to the cart, I get a zero value entry for

RM1-WBM - $199 it what is in the cart and how it shows up on the website. I didn't type it exactly in the previous post - just general so everyone knew which one to choose.
I literally copied the code from the product manager and inputted into dreamweaver to be uploaded. Sometimes the right product shows up for the other ones and sometimes not. RM1-mics - Pre-Amped Microphones (remove) This is not supposed to show up like this. The actual product should be listing with it and allow you to purchase it. I only get a problem with the last item on the list, all of the others work perfectly. I can only think that there's a problem with the itemcode being different between the product manager and your website for that one item. If you're really sure that it's correct, you should re-post this in the integration forum as Support don't monitor this discussion forum.
