Ok, I guess its gonna take a bit of getting used to the new layout but a few things that maybe you might consider changing.
A white bar accross an order always meant the order was not completed, declined etc. It stuck out, and enabled us to check if there was a problem, or contact the customer regarding the order. Now, Instant Approved transactions are also white, and the not completed etc just get lost in there.
Can you please change one of these bars to a different colour.
The default Select Transaction on the bottom right is now set to default on Book Delivery With Courier. Could you please consider putting it back to Dispatched (Send Email) as it makes things a lot quicker for us who just want to get in there and let our customers know the order has gone.
Also, PLEASE change the colour bar once an order has been dispatched - it used to default to green - now it just stays white! So we have white for dispatched, approved and declined - I'm sure you can see the problem.

Click on 'change the row colours' to set the colours of your sales manager rows.

If only I had time to start messing about with row colours etc when it would be so much easier for you guys just to build it in. But heh - you updated things to make life easier, eh?
