Hi,

Im having trouble with a couple of the tags for the cart.

On the 'Order complete' page the <totalprice> tag dosn't seem to work.

And on the printable invoice from the above order complete page, the <invoicenum> dosn't work.

Im testing them using cheque payment method, and also via the preview cart link.

Store id: 51894

Many thanks...Hoping someone can help.

Hi,
The tags on the order complete page should be ok now as this was fixed yesterday.
For the invoice number - check when you are generating the invoice number (tools/options/general), for example with a cheque payment the order is not paid until you set it to paid on the sales manager.
Many Thanks

Hi, I just tried it again with cheque payment.

On the 'Order complete' page the <totalprice> tag showed £0.09 although the total was actually £8.98.

And on the printable invoice from the above order complete page, the <invoicenum> still didn't show.

My settings are to generate a custom invoice number when an order is created, whether or not successful so im assuming it should work for cheque payment.

Hi,
The total should be displayed correctly now.
If you view the invoice on the sales manager, do you see the invoice number there?
Many Thanks

Total is now working thanks!

The invoice number still didn't show up on the printable invoice, but it does indeed show up in the sales manager when clicking "Invoice"

The <orderid> tag works fine, but seems the invoice number tag dosn't.

Hi,

It's checked already

I have just noticed something different after a sale though, normally i receive two emails for a sale. One saying thanks for your order, followed by the invoice. All of a sudden im just receiving the invoices, which is actually what i wanted anyway.

Maybe something has changed that will now mean the tag works?

I shall have another go later.

Hi,

The <invoicenum> tag still dosn't work on the printable invoice link from the order complete page.

I actually just tried adding the <orderid> tag to the invoice header along with the <invoicenum> and the orderid tag dosn't work on the order complete page, although it shows on the printable invoice.

Edit: I just saved the HTML from the order complete page incase it may help you?
