You will need to manually make any tax changes required, it is not something which we can do for you. See 'Manage'/'Tax' on the control panel for the main tax settings. In addition you may need to change tax rates on actual products if hard coded on your website or in the product properties on the product manager. Also don't forget that you may have set tax rates directly on your shipping methods, so edit each shipping method and change as/if required.
