URL: http://forums.romancart.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=11536 Printed Date: 27 March 2026 at 2:30am Topic: non payment Posted By: Red Subject: non payment Date Posted: 28 December 2010 at 4:53pm Has anyone had problems with non payment today - have had one customer try 14 times today to place the same order with 4 of them showing as cancelled and the other 10 attempts showing as not complete, the payment was to be made via RBS but when we checked our account it does not show any attempts to make the payment were made. So just asking if anyone else has had the same problem today or is it just this one customer who cannot work out how to pay online? I have told him we can take the card by telephone or fax and put it through for him so will wait and see if he does that. Red
