Hi,
We sent our first consignment out today using the UPS courier system via Romancart. They collected it, but didn't give us any kind of receipt, even though I did query it with the driver.
Is this normal? I just think it's a bit odd, for at this very moment, we've nothing at all to prove UPS are in possession of the parcel.

Getting a bit nervous, now; three hours since collection, the status in the SM is still showing Awaiting Collection, as is the tracking number statement.
Can anyone assure me this is normal, please?

Hi,
This is normal.
The driver is supposed to scan it in when they pick it up, however normally this seems to happen when they return to the depot at the end of the day. Later on you will see the status update.
