We have restarted using PayPal and would like to use our own logo and some text on PayPal's cart page - can anyonme point me in the right direction on how to do this as PayPal's info pages don't immediately show this.

Hi Jackslad,

Which version of PayPal are you using?

Ah, that's fine, PayPal pro is customized through RomanCart but Express is done on PayPal.

Thanks

James

Hi,

If you go to the "Configure" and then "Payment Methods" and click on Configure there are two tabs at the top. There will be an area here when you can customize through HTML.

Kind Regards

Oliver

Hi
I am using the Paypal Express and I can't see the two tabs or an area to customize it.

Hi Keith,

Sorry for the confusion. Oliver was referring to merchants using PayPal Pro.

Thanks

James

I have figured it out - and it is easy. However you need access to a https server for it to work with your graphics. Assuming you are using PayPal Express go to your PP account page > Profile > My Selling Preferences. You now have a great many options. Look for Payment Page > Update > You will see PayPal page style as the only option. So you now have to create a new page style by Add a new one with a new name. You can now install a new logo jpg - max size 190 points which needs saving on a secure server - RC offers a free facility! - and then you can change the colours (gradient) using hex code. Now save new page style (check it looks ok first) and then make the new page style the primary one instead of the original PayPal version. Hope this assists anyone looking to make PayPal more like your own pages.
