We always send despatch notes to all our customers to provide tracking. As we can post 100's a day we have our e-mails filtered so these do not go into our main inbox. We then delete them all at the end of each day. Quite often I find customers have been replying to the despatch notes. Is there any way I can change the e-mail address from which they are sent?
