This would make my life easier and for my customers. I wish the Despatch email the customer gets when you despatch an order in the Sales manager would include the Tracking info for them to see. Currently we have to enter their email into Fedex and that means another email they get from us to keep track of their order.

Hi,
Do this using the fields at the bottom of the 'tools'/'options'/'email' screen.

Hi,
Click on the despatch icon in the sales manager and you will see the field for the tracking numbers. The tracking number will replace the <trackingref> tag in your email template.
