Hi Support

Emails to customers is a major part of any companies marketing campaign. However the RC manage lists functions are very limited and so we can't create lists to target customers effectively.

Can we please have some more choices eg

Itemcode not purchased - ie to just select one product that customers have not bought. At the moment we can only select an Itemcode not purchased if we have already selected an itemcode they have purchased which is not the same at all.

Itemcodes purchased - ie we can't currently create a list of more than one product a customer has bought. eg we want to create list where customers have bought products x, y and z

Create a list that excludes customers that exist on another list

Date since last order - a specific date we can enter where a customer has since not ordered.

How web shops communicate with their customers is of vital importance in building branding, creating awareness, and ultimately to increase sales, therefore we hope you can improve the Manage Lists function asap.

Thanks
Rich

Hi,

Unfortunately this is not something we can change at present but it is certainly something we would like to add to in the future.

Many Thanks
Support

Hi

It's a shame you haven't improved this feature. Communicating with customers is key to improving sales and manage lists could be a great tool. It is just though too vague and we cant target customers in enough detail. In addition to my initial requests I would also like to be able to target customers who have bought a product x number of times. (ie have bought twice, or three times etc).

Also would be good to add a bought product that includes a keyword

eg book

Includes all products with book in the product name.
