Hi,

This is my first post here, so please bear with me if this has been covered before (could find anything by searching!).

I'm trying to create event tickets and think I have done everything correctly (online chat support think so too) but when I print a ticket from the email confirmation, the ticket doesn't have the image I uploaded and some of the information that should be on the ticket is missing.

Anyone have any thoughts on what is going wrong here?
