Hi
At the moment when someone orders both a tangible and intangible item (eg download) from us when we go to despatch the order the SM is expecting us to despatch the download.
Can you make it so the SM knows this is for customers to download and not us to despatch.

I think this just needs tweeking.
When the tangible items have been posted the SM now says for these orders that 'some despatched'. This indicates that there are still outstanding items to post, when in fact these cant be posted as they are downloads.
eg 17983635 41640

How did you despatch them? 'Quick All Despatch' or on the Despatch screen?

On the despatch screen by selecting all for despatch (the non tangibles don't appear in the list)

Hi,
You need to set your downloads to non tangible. You can have tangible downloads, but they were not showing on the despatch screen.

It is set as Tangible:No in the PM

Hi,
The sales record has the item as tangible. The product is set to Not Tangible.
When did you set it to 'Not Tangible'

After your previous post I changed it pretty fast, either on the 20th or 21st July, along with about 8 other products that were incorrect.

Has it got anything to do with how we sell the intangible item - ie it is set up as an offer when you buy a tangible item.

No, but we really only get orders that are a mix of tangibles and intangibles through the offers.
