Hi
When we receive an order that is only made up of downloads the shipping field is blank in the SM. Can you please make it so that it says something eg 'Download' so that we can then customize the row colour.
(if an order is made up of tangible and intangible items then the shipping field should state the tangible items shipping method , as it is as present)

Hi,
We will have to look into this.
There is no shipping, so nothing is shown in the shipping method.
There should certainly be a way to set the colour.
Are you sure it can't be set with 'not sent?' (Counter intuitive I know).

Thanks. Not sent is a field that comes in with an order. For downloads the field is empty so that's not going to work. Anyway we need to distinguish a download order from tangibles so whereas at the moment the field is empty , we need it to say something unique.

Must admit I don't quite get it. At the moment RC is telling orders that are for downloads to not include anything in the shipping field. So one would think quite easy to change that to include something in the shipping field. However must be more complicated than that.
