| Just yesterday I got a phone call from a customer saying they had tried to pay for an item on my website using the Roman Cart Paypal button. They got the Error message: 'Error: The merchant needs to configure RomanCart to connect to PayPal'. I thought this was odd, so I tried, and got the same message. The thing is, RomanCart is configured to connect to Paypal - and I had a shed load of orders through the website yesterday, all paying through Paypal - so some people can use it, while others - including me - can't. I don't know how many sales I've lost through this; I've tried it using Miscrosoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11, and Apple's Safari (all on different computers), all with the same result. The customer who phoned me was using Firefox. So what the heck is going on? |
