Then I want to see how much stock is left over in stock so I can see what I need to order. The way I am doing this is listing everything sold in the last 2 years and copying it into Excel. Then I am listing all of the stock levels and copying it into Excel alongside the sold items. The problem is, when I list the stock levels, a lot of items are not showing even though I am selecting to list everything. It seems to be limited to 500 products when I list stock levels. Is there a better way to do what I'm trying to do? And should the list be longer than 500 because I have basic subscription for 4000 products.
