Be advised that not all of my ebay sales are appearing in Romancart sales manager.

I have been unable to establish a pattern.

I have sales from new listings which are captured without issue, yet sales from some older listings are not.

The authority for Romancart to communicate with ebay is current.

The only recent change on my account is ebay managed rip-off I mean payments.

This has been happening since 10th September.

I have two listings where some sales have been sent to Romancart, and some haven't.

Something is broken again since December 10th. Am I the only Romancart account holder who uses this 'functionality'?

EDIT

This is different to the previous issues which magically resolved themselves.

In configuration it warned of a failure.

I set up the same account as a new account and permissions etc were granted.

Could I make a suggetion?

A failure in integration/permissions could trigger an email to the account holder warning of the failure?

i don't exactly visit that account setup page on a daily basis.

Hi,
Try disconnecting and reconnecting your eBay account from RomanCart.
Many Thanks

Did that, fixed it thank you.

As per my post above, it would be useful to receive an alert somewhere prominent or by email when the cart recognises a problem as it has done in this case.
