Hi All.
We put an offer on the despatch note many years ago which we wanted to take off but can't seem to find where it is to make the edit. Despatch note for order: RC26762799 if anyone can let us know much appreciated.

I believe the note you're seeing is being injected by the backend, meaning you likely wouldn't see it in the usual places.
If you navigate to Tools > Options > Email and scroll down, you'll find a section labelled 'Footer for Despatched Email:'.
Does that section contain the Offer that you're mentioning?
