I have set up a promotion with a list of products it applies for.
When tested I found that once on of the listed products was in the cart all items in the cart were treated as part of the promotion list. (i.e. discount set for the a list of products was awarded to products not listed) Please tell let me if I did something wrong, or did not understand the system, or maybe there is a bug in the system. Hi,
If you want a promotional code that only acts on one product then you need to use a coupon. Promotions affect the entire order. Many Thanks Support |
