Refunds...manual or automatic? |

Hi,
Our RomanCart is linked with PayPal. We performed a test transaction and subsequently refunded the purchase amount via PayPal. I notice that it does not automatically update within RomanCart. Is that by design? I also notice that there is a 'Mark as Refunded' status within the RomanCart sales options. Thanks John |

Hi John,
PayPal only send us a payment status message at the time of purchase and so we wont get a response from them for refunds. This means you will need to manually mark the order as refunded in romancart. Thanks James |
