I think I have suggested this before, so wondered if anything has chanced. I know that you can reward customers who spend over a certain amount with a discount, but this is per order. Is there a way to reward customers who spend a lot over a period of time. Like somebody can order 1 £100 in a year and somebody can order 100 x £10 orders a year and not get any discount. So I want to give discounts to those that order lots of small orders too.

Hi,
You can create lists of customers by going to 'marketing > contacts > contact lists'. here you can create a list of customer who have spent £X since a certain date. The easiest way to reward them would be to simply send those customers in the list a promo code. Thanks James |
