Hi Support
I don't think this is a problem your end but I thought best to check. Just had a lady attempt several times to place an order then she phoned and I tried on the Virtual Terminal and the response I get is: "Unable to contact Processor" Any ideas? Cheers Nobby |

I spoke to UPG about this and they were referring to a problem with an upstream provider. Either way, it looks like it is ok now. Many Thanks Support |
