Sales Report for each Payment Method

Is there any chance that this could be added either on the main Sales Report page or a simple Total box added at the bottom of the Total Value column in the Sales Manager.
Like most companies I need to separate the payment methods out for banking reconciliation, at the moment I am manually adding them up using the filter in the SM. This is a tad tedious and am rather surprised it's not been implemented before......or has it and I've missed it?
