As per the subject line.

Also shows a title bar message "This page (https://admin.romancart.com/) is currently offline. However, because the site uses Cloudflare's Always Online™ technology " !

It appears RC is completely down ? Nothing for the last hour at least.
Tried accessing the admin page by Chrome and Internet explored but both show the same message.

Please provide a status update.
Thanks.

Hi,

Unfortunately there is an issue with a connectivity provider of RomanCart who have declared a 'major incident'
They are working on a resolution to the problem.
Apologies for the obvious inconvenience with this.
We will post to our twitter feed @romancart if we receive any further information or when the service is restored.

Kind Regards
Simon

Hi,
Yes - will do.
Ultimately we are waiting for the connectivity provider's engineers to resolve the issue. They are working on this.

Site has been down since at least 8.30am BST for me. Do we know when it went down?

Hi,

Yes - just before 8am.
We detected the problem immediately and alerted the datacenter we use.
They started looking into it and it became apparent that the issue was with the connectivity provider who is looking into it.

Frustrating for us as all our systems are working but currently not able to reach the net.

Many Thanks

Thanks for the update.
Cloudfare are showing all systems operational and no reported incidents today.
Can you advise who it is that is reporting "major incident".
Thanks.

Hi,
It's not a cloudflare issue - it's with our connectivity provider.
The latest is "Both senior engineers and managers are involved in the investigation and we continue to work on this as a priority."
Thanks
Simon

Can you be open with who this "connectivity supplier" is?

Our first report from a customer, saying they could not order was at 7:50AM.

It's now 12:15 and Romancart is still down over 4 hours later. This is totally unacceptable. Some honest answers would be a fairer approach to this situation.

It's costing my business hundreds of pounds an hour.
