This is normally caused by conflicting code in the cutomizable fields of your cart. Please try removing all cusotmizations temporarily to see if this resolves this issue.
Kind Regards |

Ok, we just tried removing ALL text from ALL custom fields in the cart and the "State" field was still showing along with the error.
The ssl badge isn't showing either for some reason. |

Hi,
After refreshing just now (after adding the headers etc back in) the state field disappeared, along with the error. But trying again, the problem is back. You can use the following link if you like: Clicky here If you select UK or indeed any country, the US states drop down is showing. An error is showing, and also the ssl badge is missing. Please help as we are getting emails from customers about this.
We just noticed that if we copy the HTML and view it in microsoft frontpage, it works fine. The state field dosn't show, and the ssl badge shows up, and the link for "Click here if delivery address same as above" also works, where as it isn't at the moment on our shopping cart. |

Hi,
It works fine when I try it on your site. Please can you give specific instructions on how to reproduce this. When I add something to the cart then it shows the regions page first. What country needs to be selected there? On the checkout page you can only change the billing country not the delivery country - is this what you mean? Many Thanks Support |

Hi,
I shall grab a screen shot for you. The checkout page is actually showing the "State" drop down no matter which country we select after having another play with it. And selecting others while on the checkout page dosn't change the fields. We literally had an email 5 minutes ago from a customer asking if they should choose a state. I wonder if it's a cookie or browser based problem? Edited by Volksdevil - 22 September 2010 at 7:44pm |

Here you go, you can see the state field outlined in red, even though UNITED KINGDOM is selected.

And a screen shot of the error message.
The ssl image isn't showing, and the "copy delivery address" link dosn't work.
