   This is now sorted, well my problem is, Simon at support put me straight.
As Follows

Edit your shipping method.
Edit the price bands
Enter a price band for 150 to 99999 (assuming you don't expect orders to total over 99999)
Make the price for that band zero.

Hope this might help others with the same problem
