Too Hard to describe!

   During my day i often have to log onto the Manage/Sales page and change a lot of the status' of the orders. Many of the orders need to be changes to Paid, Generate Invoice Number and Mark as Despatched.
At the moment, i have to tick the select box for maybe 10 orders, then go to the dropbox at the bottom and select 'Set to Paid' and OK.
Then i have to go back and tick all those boxes again to select Generate Invoice Number and OK.
Then i have to do it all again for Mark as Despatched.

It would make sense if we could pick several of the options from the drop down box at the bottom at the same time.

I hope that makes sense as i know what i mean but this barely makes sense to me!!
