RomanPay Problems

   Hi,

When we changed from NoChex to RomanPay last year, the number of failed transactions fell dramatically. However, I've noticed that we have been getting a few failed orders recently through RomanPay and a couple of customers have mentioned that they have problems that prevent them from completing the transactions when they click on the 'What is cvv2?' button. I wonder if any other users have experienced this problem and whether RomanCart/Pay might have any suggestions as to what the problem could be.
