Custom delivery status buttons

I currently cut & paste my custom scripts into the 'Other Information' field from a page that I keep open a browser tab,

Would it be possible to add some buttons on the 'Despatch' window that insert pre determined (user editable) text into the 'Other Information' field at the click of a button?

RC users could configure each button with something like:

Button 1 (Royal Mail UK non recorded)
Your package will be despatched via our local Post Office 
6 The Parade, Woodley, RG5 3RB at 4:30pm today. 
Package Description: White Mail Lite padded mailing envelope

Button 2 (Royal Mail 'Signed For' recorded mail)
Your package will be despatched via our local Post Office 
6 The Parade, Woodley, RG5 3RB at 4:30pm today. 
To track your package on-line <a href="http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?trackNumber=<trackingref>">click here</a> 
Package Description: White padded envelope

Button 3 (Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm)
Your package will be despatched via our local Post Office 
at 6 The Parade, Woodley, RG5 3RB at 4:30pm today 
and should arrive by 1pm tomorrow. 
To track your package on-line <a href="http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track?trackNumber=<trackingref>">click here</a> 
Package Description: Brown cardboard carton

Button 4 (UPS Next Day Courier Service)
Your goods have been collected from our suppliers 
premises by UPS and your consignment should arrive 
by 5.30pm tomorrow. 
To track your UPS consignment <a href="http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/track?&trackNums=<trackingref>">click here</a> 
(tracking details should be available by 7pm on day of despatch)

Button 5 (Interparcel Courier Services)
Arrangements have been made for our courier to collect 
your goods from our premises today so your consignment 
should arrive by 5.30pm tomorrow. 
To track your package <a href="http://www.interparcel.com/tracking.php?action=dotrack&trackno=<trackingref>">click here</a> 
(tracking details should be available by 7pm on day of despatch)

(we could manually edit 'tomorrow' the a specific day if desired)

Having these buttons would save lots of time spent cutting & pasting the script manually for each order

	Hi, We plan on making it so tht you can define despatch types. You woul dthen be able to select a pre-defined despatch type from the despatch type field which would become a drop down. This would automatically populate the 'other information' field with information defined for that specific despatch type. Many Thanks Support Edited by Support - 25 July 2010 at 9:53am
