Confirmation emails

   Hi,
Further investigation shows the emails will print if the format is changed to TEXT in the control panel , but will not print when set to HTML , or HTML and TEXT.

	Hi, We have recently changed to a new Win10 laptop after support for Win7 finished. We have a peculiar problem in the confirmation emails received in win10 Mail will not print ? Nothing is sent to the printer , no documents appear as pending , and the print set up screen disappears as if the task has been completed. Cannot see anything obvious in settings anywhere , and everything prints fine from the sales manager. Just wondered if anyone has experienced something similar ? regards Martyn
