Romancart not working, our website isn't too

Our website is up and running, but any pages with RomanCart links on are not.

Consequently, no-one can buy anything from us or even browse our items.

The RomanCart Admin pages are not loading either.

On a Spinal Tap rating of disaster, this reaches 20 out of 10

Hi,

Engineers are on their way to sort out a faulting firewall.
Normally this can be done remotely but unfortunately our remote procedures for this are not working today.

I had to disable the Romancart code in header to allow my site to load... Seems to have been down for about 4 hours.
Now re-enabled.
Pleased to hear that you are switching to AWS.
