UK only shipping

   Hi, I'm trying to set up a specific item, with a specific flat rate shipping cost no matter how many are ordered, and only available to UK customers.

I can't work out how to manipulate the shipping variables to enable that.

I tried adding a new method with a fixed shipping cost available just in the UK, but the checkout still offers my usual UK shipping option along with the new method, and international shipping options. 

I want this particular item to only show the one shipping method and only a UK option. Is this possible?
