When an existing customer wishes to upgrade their cart partway through the year the upgrade cost does not reflect the proportion of the year remaining ie. 6 months into a year should only be at 1/2 the upgrade price for the new package as the upgrade only then runs for 6 more months till your next renewal date.

They know, I've asked this before, about 5 months ago - I was told the only way to get the full value was to wait until renewal day.

After contacting support we did decide to go for the upgrade and must say are pleased with the extra features the upgrade gives us.

I am using the top level cart and its taken me a while to be confident enough to set up some of the new features, but now just starting to use some of the marketing stuff and its fantastic, really does the job. Really pleased especially as a colleague has just signed up for a new cart and although hers looks good it doesn't seem to have the features that we have available.

And of course the old saying "you get what you pay for" as usual seems to run true.
