VAT number at checkout

   I have it set so that EU buyers can enter their VAT number at the cart stages.  However, I am plauged with e-mails where they have screwed up or struggle to enter the right information.  Could we perhaps have a little "information" icon set next to that box so they can click on it to see exactly what they need to enter ie the VAT number including the country code.

	Hi Rainshoe, After consideration we're not planning on adding this ourselves at the moment. However as you may have heard we will be realising the ability to skin the cart later in the year. When this is released you will be able to place your own icon/button in a desired location and link the button to instructions on how to enter each countries VAT number. Thanks James
