Hi,
If you cannot get the drop down cart to work it means that something on your page is conflicting with it. Make a copy of your page and keep removing bits of the page until you find the bit causing the problem. Many thanks Support |

I am trying the drop cart and noticed the following;
When you first enter the website, the drop down section asks you to confirm your country (well at least mine does as I want to make sure they are buying on the correct website). This region page is not configured to the drop down window measurements. Also the OK button is stuck behind the Checkout button due to the page not in the correct dimensions. Geoff |

Keith,
The problem with your test page is your body onload events which looks like is preloading images. This makes it take about 5 seconds for your page to load. If you try and add something to the basket before this then it loads in a full screen. To use the drop cart you would need to remove your onload events. However much more importantly Google might be penalizing you for this as it takes page load times into account. Your page actually looks like it loads fast but it is still doing things in the background which is why this is a problem as (browser dependand) it won't look at things like the cart until your page is fully loaded. Many Thanks Support |

The region page is now gone. So the cart automatically assumes someone is ordering from Australia, when in fact they may be ordering from USA. So this could be a potential issue. Secondly, when you remove the item from the cart, the drop down cart leaves you with a blank open window. You are left hanging on thinking it will change to another screen. Shouldn't it say "you have nothing in your cart" or "the cart is empty", or the drop down screen should close. Thirdly is there a way to put the remove product link in the drop down cart rather than having to change the quantity to zero to remove a product |

Hi,
It will default to your default country as there is no region page with the drop cart. I agree it would be good to make it say something when empty and to have a remove icon. When we release our cart customization features you will be able to design it as you want. Many Thanks Support |

Considering that the Region Page is just one screen can you make this an option in the customisation. Or is there a possibility that the cart can default to the IP address.
Otherwise the cart is really only good for one country, which limits us. We have a different cart for each currency, which means we can get shoppers from Australia, USA, UK and ASIA all buying on the one cart. Routinely shoppers do not change the country once the shopping has begun. |
